"Good deals, just double-check the final total"
I’ve had a decent experience with Jomashop overall. The promos can be solid, especially when you’re able to stack a coupon on top of an already discounted price. I ended up paying less than I would have on the brand’s site, so I was happy with that part.
That said, my advice is to look at the full checkout price before getting too excited. Shipping, taxes, and the wait time can make some deals feel less impressive than they first look. I’d shop there again, but only when the savings are obvious enough to be worth it

"Disappointing support after buying"
I was fine with the purchase at first, but this is where it got annoying: once I needed help after buying it, support basically didn’t do anything. I reached out expecting some kind of solution or at least a useful reply, but it felt like I was just being ignored. Disappointing after-sales experience

"I waited weeks for my order to arrive..."
I waited weeks for my order to arrive, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept having to check it over and over, which was more effort than it should’ve been for a simple delivery.

The price was okay, but the warranty info just left me annoyed. "My order took much longer than expected"
I placed my order thinking it would start moving within a few days, but after about a week I still hadn’t seen much of an update. By the second week, I was checking the status myself because it felt like nothing was really happening. The processing time ended up being way longer than I expected, and the lack of communication made it frustrating. After this experience, I’m not sure I’d order from Jomashop again.

"Good prices, but getting phone support was annoying"
I ordered from jomashop and the item showed up fine, so no complaints there. The price was good and the product itself was pretty much what I expected
The frustrating part was trying to get someone on the phone. My email did get answered later, but sometimes you just want to talk to a real person quickly, so overall it was okay but not great, probably 3 stars from me

I got the watch quickly, and so far it’s been working great. All the features seem to do what they’re supposed to, and the time has stayed accurate. For everyday wear, I’m happy with it.

"Packaging really wasn’t great"
The box showed up crushed, which gave me a bad feeling right away. Thankfully the watch itself was okay, but the packaging situation was just not good.

"Wish the warranty process had been quicker"
They did end up fixing my watch under warranty, which I appreciate, but I kind of regret not pushing for updates sooner. The replies were slow, and I had to follow up twice before things moved along. It worked out in the end, just took longer than I expected

I had to wait weeks to get my refund back, and every time I reached out, support just gave me vague answers that didn’t really help. Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole thing felt really frustrating and made me not want to order from them again.

I got a tracking number, but it was pretty much useless. It barely updated at all, so for days I had no clue where my order was or if it was even moving. When I reached out to customer service, they basically just told me to wait. i kind of regret buying from them.

"Payment worked, but I wasn’t totally sure what was going on"
I ordered from Jomashop and the payment did go through eventually, so I guess it was fine in the end. But the process felt a little annoying. My card got declined the first time, even though I’m sure there wasn’t anything wrong on my bank’s side. I tried again and it worked, so maybe it was just a random glitch? The confirmation came through after a short wait. Not a huge deal, but it made me second-guess whether the order actually went through for a bit

"I ordered a watch and the whole shipping..."
I ordered a watch and the whole shipping process was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, then it gave me one delivery date and the package didn’t show up until almost a week later. When it finally arrived, the watch itself was okay, but the box looked like it had been tossed around without much care. the careless handling and lack of updates made the whole thing stressful. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something to arrive on time.

So, they did get back to me eventually, which I appreciate... but yeah, it took longer than I was expecting. Not terrible or anything, just kind of slow. Overall it was okay, but I definitely found myself waiting around a bit.

Ordered my watch from Jomashop and it was pretty much just like they described. The box had a small dent on it, but the watch itself looked brand new and worked perfectly fine. Shipping was a little slow, but not a big deal. Overall im happy with it.

The box looked official and the watch works fine so far, but I’d be lying if I said I’m 100% convinced. Everything seems normal, maybe a little too normal, you know? I’m not saying anything shady is going on, but I’m definitely watching it closely like there’s a hidden story behind it
